The Ottawa Estate Planning Council (OEPC) is an organization of professionals from interrelated disciplines such as legal, tax, financial planning, insurance, trust and charitable gift planning who advise the public on different aspects of estate planning. The OEPC was founded in 1952, by the patriarch of the Ottawa Life Insurance industry, the late George Perrin.
Meetings Several Times Yearly
The OEPC presents a regular program of continuing education and networking meetings for its members.
The Ottawa Estate Planning Council meets several times a year, usually on the first Wednesday of the month from November to April. At each meeting a featured speaker is invited to present on a current topic and how it is related to estate planning.
